Currently under constructionProjects on the boards right now, from Eaton Fire rebuilds in Altadena to infill ADU development across Los Angeles.
Several of the Altadena rebuilds below are delivered with our affiliate Green Builders Group.
Project: Santa Anita (Active)
Ground-up rebuild of a single-family residence on Santa Anita Avenue, lost in the 2025 Eaton Fire. Three bathrooms, a 5-ton ducted central system, rooftop solar, and NFPA 13D fire sprinklers on a 300-day schedule.
Project: Pine (Active)
Ground-up rebuild of a 1,468 SF home with a detached garage and covered porch, lost in the 2025 Eaton Fire. Brick chimney fireplace, rooftop solar, stone veneer facade, and a full NFPA 13D sprinkler system.
Project: Wagner (Active)
A highly custom 630 SF rebuild with a detached garage, also lost in the 2025 Eaton Fire. Metal rib panel roof, roman clay ceilings, redwood cladding inside and out, and solid maple floors throughout.
Project: Rennie (Active)
Conversion of a 400 SF garage into a fully permitted, self-contained accessory dwelling unit. White oak custom kitchen cabinetry, polished concrete floors, and Anderson windows and sliding glass doors.
Project: Colorado (Active)
Ground-up infill development delivering eight new ADUs totaling 6,400 SF, seven detached and one attached, alongside renovation of the existing seven-unit apartment building on the same property.
Project: Woodcliff (Active)
An ongoing unit renovation program at a professionally managed multifamily property. Work is sequenced unit by unit as apartments turn, with new kitchens, baths, and finishes delivered while the building stays occupied.
